Samantha is a Licensed Professional Counselor & Supervisor & a Registered Play Therapist in Alabama. Samantha is a trauma-informed therapist, that has worked in various settings. She has a background in mental health counseling, substance abuse counseling, counseling incarcerated individuals and juvenile delinquents, the geriatric population, and at-risk adolescents.

Brad is a Board Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Brad’s clinical mental health experience is extensive. He has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in various settings from community mental health to out-patient programs & specialty hospitals and clinics. Brad prides himself on serving a diverse variety of clients. Brad has a passionate focus on serving clients aged 4+ struggling with addictions, anxiety, depression, PTSD difficult career and life transitions.

Traci Rhines
Traci is the Business Office Manager & Credentialing Specialist for Twindom Counseling Services. She is a 1990 graduate of Guntersville High School and graduated from the University of Alabama in 1997 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Environmental Sciences. She has 26 years of experience in management, human resources, customer service, and administrative work. Her responsibilities include billing, scheduling, credentialing, client services, and administrative duties.
